The cabin much like the exterior there are a few upgrades on hand but the interior is largely the same as it left the factory. Sure there are little imperfections, like the cracked dash as is common in this generation of vehicles. The gray cloth seats are in above-average shape and soft to the touch. Aside from some light wear on the driver's seat bottom, there are no major rips, stains, or tears to note. The same can be said for the headliner and door cards which have escaped major abuse over the years, as well as the carpet which looks cared for too. An aftermarket headunit replaces the OEM one and is functional. Power folding mirrors and electric windows make daily use enjoyable, and the also driver benefits from a tilting and telescoping steering wheel. Automatic climate control is also on hand to provide cold A/C and heat on demand.
The front-engine rear-drive platform is balanced and communicative. The handling and height has been improved by a set of adjustable CTS adjustable coilovers , which also reduce the fender gap. The 1JZ-GTE is fresh off an oil and filter service and starts up with a twist of a key and revs through the RPM range with no issue. the Automatic Transmission goes through all the gears withtout a hiccup and produces an amazing tone through the stainless steel aftermarket exhaust giving the engine plenty of flow.
